|Management fee||$79 / month||Covers the regular day-to-day management of your residential property. Collecting rent, taking maintenance calls and coordinating resolutions to maintenance problems, accounting for funds, property inspections, etc.|
|Leasing fee||$750 / occurence||Assessed after a new tenant is screened and has entered a lease agreement to live in your property. This covers the cost of marketing your property, the commission that we’ll pay to the tenant’s agent, photographing the property, showing the property, screening potential tenants (criminal background check, income verification, eviction check, and credit check), and other administrative costs associated with finding tenants.|
|Lease Renewal fee||$150 / occurence||Assessed when an existing tenant renews their lease. This covers the cost of negotiating rent increases and other administrative costs associated with lease renewals|
